Cloudzy Hunts Down Bad Actors with Recorded Future Threat Intelligence

Cloudzy is cracking down on abuse. We now pull real-time threat intelligence from Recorded Future to hunt ransomware operators, advanced persistent threats, and command-and-control servers on our platform, and we ban them fast. Paired with a rebuild of how we detect, confirm, and shut down bad actors, it keeps the platform clean for the people who use it honestly.

What We Changed

Real-Time Threat Intelligence from Recorded Future

Recorded Future feeds us real-time reports that flag breaches and malicious activity as they happen. That intel lets us move fast against ransomware, advanced persistent threats (APTs), command-and-control (C2) servers, and malware. When a report points to an account, we evaluate it, confirm it is running illegal activity and is not a victim, and then we ban it. Try to slip back in under a fake identity and we catch it and suspend that too.

CloudzPatrol, Our Threat-Detection System

CloudzPatrol, our in-house threat-detection system, got a major upgrade to spot and shut down suspicious patterns across our infrastructure. It now folds in the reports from Recorded Future and other security providers, and uses them to keep sharpening how it hunts malicious accounts and machines.

Hard on Threats, Careful With Privacy

We keep our acceptable use policy current so every enforcement action stays inside the law and protects users. We are hard on threats and careful with privacy. Both, not one at the expense of the other.

Keeping the Platform Locked Down

This is how we keep the platform secure and resilient for our customers. Hannan Nozari, CEO of Cloudzy, emphasizes, “Our implementation of Recorded Future is a game changer in our relentless pursuit of cybersecurity excellence. We are now more equipped than ever to defend against cyber threats and maintain the integrity of our services. We encourage collaboration and partnership with organizations and individuals sharing similar cybersecurity concerns, as cybersecurity requires collective vigilance and effort.”

Cloudzy is an independent IaaS provider, built for developers, not bureaucracy. Upgrades like CloudzPatrol and the Recorded Future partnership keep the platform secure and fast moving, in a market dominated by giant corporations.
